Where we ship
We ship worldwide.

Printed to order
Every calendar is printed especially for you. Your order is printed and sent by our print partner, so it may arrive in more than one parcel if you order more than one item.

Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 days after you order. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delays can happen during busy times, such as Christmas, because of postal services or customs.

Shipping cost
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking
You’ll get an email with tracking details as soon as your order is sent.

Customs and import taxes
For orders outside the UK, your country may charge import taxes, VAT or customs fees. These aren’t included in our price, and you’re responsible for paying them.

Wrong address
Please check your address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders sent to an address that was entered incorrectly.

Lost or damaged in the post
If your order is damaged or doesn’t arrive, email us and we’ll put it right. See our Refund Policy.
