These terms apply when you use ellnova and buy from our website. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. About us
ellnova (“we”, “us”) sells printed vision board wall calendars online. You can reach us at mollymay.contact@gmail.com.

2. Products
Our calendars are printed to order. Colours may look slightly different on your screen from the printed product. Personalised calendars are printed exactly as you type them, so please check your spelling.

3. Prices and payment
All prices are in GBP (£) unless it says otherwise. We can change prices at any time, but not on orders you’ve already placed. Payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Your order
When you place an order, we’ll email to confirm we’ve received it. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, or we think the order is a mistake or fraud. If we do, we’ll refund you in full.

5. Changes to personalised orders
You can ask us to change a name or affirmation within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, we can’t change it.

6. Delivery, returns and refunds
See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. They’re part of these terms.

7. Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer.

8. Intellectual property
All designs, text, images and branding on this site belong to ellnova. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our written permission.

9. Responsibility
We take care to make sure everything is correct, but we aren’t responsible for delays or problems caused by things outside our control, such as postal services or customs. This doesn’t affect any right you have by law.

10. Privacy
We handle your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on the site on the day you order is the one that applies.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
